Meet the team: Lydia Scrivens, Rental Executive

In this edition of our #MeetTheTeam series, we’re excited to introduce Lydia Scrivens, one of our dedicated Rental Executives. As she approaches her one-year anniversary at Endurance, we’re celebrating the impact she’s made in just 12 months.

Reflecting on her journey, Lydia shared that her role is about more than just day-to-day tasks: “It’s about the purpose behind the work, the people who make it meaningful, and the passion that drives us forward,” she notes.

Joining the waste industry with no prior experience, Lydia embraced the challenge: “Stepping into a completely new sector was both exciting and daunting – but it’s turned out to be one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made.”

“Lydia has been an incredible addition to the team,” adds @Chloe Coyne, our Group Service Director. “She picked up the role with impressive speed and has gone above and beyond to deliver outstanding service to our customers across the UK. Her positivity, work ethic, and willingness to learn make her a truly valued member of the team.”

And the appreciation goes both ways: “I’m incredibly grateful for the growth, the learning curves, and the wins – big and small,” says Lydia. “Here’s to continuing to do work that matters, with a team that inspires me every day.”
